Teaching Artist Development Labs @ Lincoln Center

f2f2Lincoln Center – 2016 Teaching Artist Development Labs

Invest part of your summer at Lincoln Center where the term Teaching Artist (TA) was born over 40 years ago! This development program provides TAs with opportunities to hone their skills and deepen their experiences in such fundamental areas as lesson/workshop design, facilitation and environment, student engagement, inquiry-based instruction, reflection, collaborations/partnerships, leadership, and advocacy. Participants will also explore different settings in which TAs work.
“The LCE Teaching Artist Development Lab is the most important new training opportunity in the U.S., probably in the world—it stands on the leading edge of the field, and is a high-impact way to advance the work of teaching artists, from beginners through advanced professionals. I swear I learn as much as the participants!” —Eric Booth, International Arts Consultant
Application deadline: Friday, April 8, 2016. For more information click here
