Batuque de Terreiro is under the lead of Caique Vidal, an accomplished percussionist/ performer from Salvador da Bahia—the center of historic African culture in Brazil. Vidal has diverse training that includes the Creative School of Olodum and the arts program at Liceu de Artes e Oficios da Bahia, where he studied Music Education, Audio Engineering and Youth Leadership. His career has included the highly-regarded Bale Folclorico da Bahia. He has toured many countries with different bands and performance groups to share his native culture and traditions. Bahia of All Color
The performance consist in a music show that brings the original energy, colors and sounds of Bahia, which includes songs and movement that are widely seen and appreciated in Brazil and engaged by the audience.

Batuque Class- The Afro-Brazilian Drums
The Batuque Class has the intention to introduce the Afro-Brazilian music and rhythms, through music dynamics and percussion lessons. Students will be encourage to learn Portuguese, Brazilian history, Math and arts. Further, Students will have the opportunity to learn how society can be shaped through the art manifestations.
